Our client, a cultural mediator in Torino, was struck by Izmade's use of recovered products for the creation of designer furnishings. For her private apartment, she commissioned us with the bedroom furniture, the construction of a dining table and a red piece of furniture for the entrance.
For the dining table, the concept of the Lilli furniture by Izmade has been taken back up. Accordingly, different pieces of reclaimed wood are assembled (without nails), gluing the battens into slats obtained with dovetail milling. This characteristic, together with the shaping of the lower support with an oblique double Y, gives the table liveliness and movement.
